Common Questions

How quickly will someone arrive?

Our average response time is 15 minutes. In most metro areas it's under 12 minutes. Remote areas may take slightly longer — you'll see a live ETA the moment your technician is dispatched.

Do I need to create an account to get help?

No. Emergency service can be requested with just a phone number. An account gives you service history, loyalty rewards, and saved payment methods, but it's never required in an emergency.

What if my location doesn't have GPS signal?

You can type your address manually in the app, or our dispatch team can triangulate your location if you call. We also support What3Words location codes.

Are technicians background-checked?

Yes. Every RoadAssist Pro technician is certified, background-checked, and insured. You'll see their name, photo, ratings, and credential badge before they arrive.

What payment methods are accepted?

All major credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal. Cash is not accepted. Payment is processed securely after service is completed.
